We are delighted to have an experienced and professional catering service at Tamarack again this summer that will bring a wealth of experience in providing awesome and plentiful meals, snacks and related services for camps. Careful planning and thought goes into creating an amazing menu…delicious meals, healthy alternatives, great options for those with dietary restrictions, food to match creative programs, all you can eat… we are looking forward to continuing with our top-notch catering program that Tamarack loves! Breakfast bar and a daily extensive lunch salad bar allows variety and dietary needs to be met. If your child has a specific dietary need (lactose intolerance, vegetarian, kosher, etc.), please fill out the appropriate areas on the Camper Health & Individual Needs Form.
