FAQs

The fee for the weekend is $185 plus HST. This includes accommodations, camp activities, all meals and lots of snacks, select alcohol during allotted times, plus an exclusive Tamarack Homecoming piece of Tamawear to take home.

We are also proud to announce that net proceeds from Tamarack Homecoming will go to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation in memory of Marc Cooper. 

You are welcome to arrive on Saturday, Sept 11th at any time after 8:30am! Check in will be at the dining hall between 8:30am- 11:00am where you will find out where you’ll be sleeping for the weekend. A delicious continental style breakfast will be served in the dining hall until 10:30am.

All participants will be assigned a spot in a camper cabin and select staff cabins, by gender, based on when you were at camp. You can expect to be in a cabin with people you grew up with and/or worked with at camp. Upon registration, you will have the opportunity to request a few friends, and even request specific buildings. Iconic cabins (i.e. the Zoo, Grenada, Girls Swim, etc) will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, when enough requestees have registered.

We encourage you to join us for the whole weekend, but understand life can be extremely busy, and getting away can be difficult. Even if you only join us for one day, you will still benefit from the amazing food, alcohol, exclusive Tamawear, and activities. The cost is fixed for however long your stay at Stoneleigh is.

We are excited to welcome any present or former Camp Tamarack camper or staff, 19+. Many different generations of Tamarackers are excited to return, so register early to secure your spot!  

Thanks to the amazing response since launching the save the date, we are expecting a big turn out from all generations, and have limited capacity. As such, this will be a weekend for only former Tamarack campers and staff (you will be asked to submit the year(s) attended upon registration). 

We understand life happens, and are sorry you can’t make it. Let us know as soon as possible, so we can open your spot to someone else. We will refund your payment in full if you cancel by May 30, 2022. After, there will be an administrative charge equal to 50% of the fee paid up until July 11th.  No refund will be available for cancellations after July 11th.

We are fortunate to have the best food in the camping business. We will have lots of delicious varieties at each meal, and you will have the opportunity to inform us of any dietary restrictions upon registering. Since no campers will be present, select adult beverages will be offered Saturday night (beer, wine, and coolers). Additional alcohol may be brought, but we ask you to please consume safely and be respectful of the property and mindful of the overall purpose of the weekend.

A packing list will be sent out in August to all registrants. You will need a sleeping bag, pillow, and personal gear for a weekend away. Don’t forget to bring your classic Tamawear pieces to rock throughout the weekend.
